Counseling with Stacy

Stacy is a licensed clinical social worker, who earned her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work in 1995, in Northampton, MA. She has worked in Jackson Hole; Boston; Washington, DC; Livingston, MT; and Asheville, NC, and is based in Bozeman, MT. She is an author of the book, Communication Styles and Therapy with Wind River Native Americans.
In Stacy's practice, people come who are wrestling with anxiety, depression, mid-life transitions, creative blocks, feeling 'stuck' at work or in relationships, transitions of all kinds, loss, grief, low self-esteem, existential crisis. In counseling, we work as a team to become more aware of critical, limiting beliefs that can immobilize you, and recognize outmoded patterns that no longer serve you.
A key ingredient in the work with Stacy, is developing a well-being (self-care) practice to become better attuned to the inner Self, recharge, find clarity, and develop a feeling of 'centeredness' and empowerment.
