Meditation
Architecturally, 'empty spaces' help define and strengthen the form. We humans need to cultivate and honor emptiness within, the place of inner stillness, creativity and wisdom. Meditation cultivates inner listening and peace, and orients us within present moment. Within this stillness, we heal, we hear an inner voice that is often stifled in the loudness of our busy culture.
Singing bowls

Singing bowls have been around in Eastern cultures and used for meditation and healing for thousands of years. Crystal Singing Bowls lead people into deeper states of relaxation. The sound--the vibration of the singing bowls--helps break through the chatter of the mind--the endless 'to-dos', worries, the doubts, the critical thoughts--that can leave us feeling diminished and stuck. During meditations, they help 'carry us' through the threshold into stillness. It's a great way to introduce people to meditation practice, and stillness.
When people encounter singing bowls, they are amazed to feel the sound vibration deep inside their bodies. After all, our bodies are composed of 70 percent water, and so the water vibrates inside our bodies. Experiencing sound in this way can shift us out of our ruminations of daily stress and 'to-dos' and ground us in the present time experiential world, and we open up more expansively. This kind of perception shifting is healing. It's like the kind of shift one feels when you go into nature and the stress begins to melt away. You can feel your connection to something bigger than your ego-self.
I love exploring and sharing the tones, blends and frequencies of singing bowls.

New!:
Sound Healing Treatments or "Sound baths"
You can now schedule individualized sound healing treatments with Stacy. You can also make appointments for small groups. Sound can gently carry us into stillness. In this stillness, which we so desperately need in our inner and outer worlds, we heal, we balance, we clarify, we release, we harmonize, we attune to our deeper Selves.
